WEST MILFORD — Atlantic Behavioral Health is collaborating with the West Milford Health Department in presenting a behavioral health education series, "How to Cope in Today's World."
Three programs will be offered this fall."
Wednesday Sept. 28: "Substance Abuse And The Family - How To Recognize It, How To Talk About It And What To Do About It" will be presented by Sean Cullen, MA, LAC, Atlantic Behavioral Health crisis counselor
Monday, Oct. 17: "Stress, Mindfulness And Your Health" is presented by Lanie Kessler-David, MSW, LCSW, Atlantic Behavioral health clinician, certified mindfulness facilitator.
Thursday, Nov. 17: "Learning To Talk About The 'S' Word: A Community Guide To Understanding Suicide" will be presented by Jonathan Mazza, MA, LAC, Atlantic Behavioral Health crisis counselor
All of the programs are free; they run from 6 to 8 p.m. and refreshments will be served.
Additional programs will be offered in the spring 2017.
