— Ken Ernst has joined RE/MAX Country Realty.

Ernst brings over 12 years of experience in real estate and a lifelong career in professional sales. He was formerly a sales associate at Century 21 Visions in West Milford.

As a 27-year resident of West Milford, first in Newfoundland and currently in Hewitt, Ernst has a broad working knowledge of the local market and a proven track record in the community.

"One of the greatest rewards in this profession is the ability to help people in one of the biggest decisions of their lives: buying or selling a home," Ernst said. "I've had the pleasure of working with all types of clients, from young first-time home buyers nervously taking that big step, to retirees planning the next chapter in their lives, to second-home buyers on the lookout for that perfect vacation getaway."

Licensed in both New Jersey and New York, Ernst not only serves West Milford and the surrounding area but Greenwood Lake, N.Y. as well.

"There's always an interest in the lake lifestyle, and I know that firsthand from living on Greenwood Lake," noted Ernst. "One of the best parts of selling real estate in this area is the natural beauty unmatched in any other area of the state. There's something special about the Highlands and more people are finding that out every day."

Ernst's past achievements have included the Century 21 Multi-Year Million Dollar Club and the Distinguished Service Award.

"I look forward to working with RE/MAX, the number one agency in real estate sales in New Jersey and nationwide," he said. "They have a highly respected brand and provide their sales associates with many tools, from remax.com to online training programs. RE/MAX knows the importance of investing in the latest techniques and technology to enable us to best serve our clients."

RE/MAX Country Realty is located at 1499 Union Valley Road in West Milford. Ernst can be reached by calling the office at 973-657-1000 or his cell 973-271-3302.
