Students at Marshall Hill Elementary School observed Dr. Seuss's birthday and Read Across America on March 5 with a week of reading celebrations. The event kicked-off with music from “Suessical the Musical” playing while the special visitor, the Cat in the Hat, entertained the students with his funny antics. Theodore Seuss Geisel, known as Dr. Seuss, was born on March 2, 1904. The author, cartoonist and poet published 46 children's books including "The Cat in the Hat," "Green Eggs and Ham" and "Horton Hears A Who."
