West Milford Girls' Softball Association president Pete McGuiness happily accepted a donation from the West Milford Rotary recently, to help build a new equipment shed for the association. McGuiness is shown here, center, with Rotary member Brian Murphy, left, and Rotary vice president Eric Kerssen. McGuiness showed the plans for the shed to the group and accepted the donation. He and Murphy, who is also involved in the softball association, are helping to plan and build the new shed to replace an old one and are looking for financial support as well as volunteers to help with the construction. The shed is located at the Presbyterian Field in West Milford.

The West Milford Rotary Club meets weekly on Tuesday’s at noon in the Passport Café located at the Greenwood Lake Airport. For information or to attend a meeting, call club president Scott Rothstein at 201-230-1341.
