Cody Frank and Megan Hubbard were the winners in the ZAP - Zero Abuse Period! essay contest. ZAP! asked seventh and eighth graders how drugs and alcohol have affected their lives and what they thought could be done to solve the problem. The group received many heart-breaking and insightful essays, but Cody's and Megans's were deemed the best. Each received an iPod Touch for their efforts at the Community Against Substance Abuse (C.A.S.A.) dinner on April 28. Pictured here with them are ZAP! members Marilyn Lichtenberg, Ada Eric and Doris Aaronson.
