To take advantage of this offer, applications must be filled out at the Office of Older Adult Services in Hillcrest Community Center, 1810 Macopin Road, West Milford. Seniors must bring proof of income, which includes current income tax return, social security statement, SNAP verification or Medicaid card. Vouchers are distributed the same day as long as eligibility guidelines are met (see box).

There are four vouchers worth $5 each for a total of $20 for each spouse in the household.

The deadline to sign up is June 27.

Vouchers may be used at the West Milford Farmers Market, located in the Presbyterian Church parking lot on Wednesdays, between 3 and 7 p.m. until October 22. (There is no market on July 9.) Check with the vendors to be sure they accept vouchers.
