PATERSON — Passaic County will be hosting a special “Summer 2017 Is Almost Here” passport event on Saturday, June 3, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the county clerk's offices in Paterson and Haskell.
A passport photo will be provided for free with payment of all application fees as part of this outreach event.
“As the busy summer travel season begins, we are opening our doors to the community on Saturday, June 3, so that more Passaic County residents can take care of their passport needs," said Kristin M. Corrado, Passaic County clerk. "Any Passaic County resident can take advantage of our Summer 2017 is Almost Here Passport Day.
The full names of the applicant’s parent(s) must be listed on all certified birth certificates to be considered as primary evidence of U.S. citizenship for all passport applicants, regardless of age. Certified birth certificates missing this information will not be acceptable as evidence of citizenship.
The clerk's office in Paterson is located at 401 Grand St., Room 130; The satellite office is located at 1237 Ringwood Ave., Haskell (Wanaque).
