At this time of year, many high school and college seniors start looking forward to graduation. Graduation is an exciting experience and a big step forward into the next chapter of a graduate's life. But high school and college seniors are not the only ones looking forward to a new chapter in their lives.

There are two seniors at the West Milford Animal Shelter hopeful that the next big event for them will be a life changing one. A change that will replace the home and family they no longer have with a new family and home.

Princess is a small and lively 11-year-old long hair dachshund mix. She has lovely auburn fur and big brown eyes. Her favorite times are spent with people she loves. She likes to play and is very curious.

The other senior is Lulu, a stunning black and white tuxedo cat who is 10 years old. Lulu is also very loving, gentle and friendly.

They are both hoping they will soon be animal shelter graduates.

To visit with Princess and Lulu, go to the shelter on Lycosky Drive (behind recycling). For more information, call 973-728-2859, visit the shelter's website or two facebook pages, The Real Cats at WMASS or The West Milford Animal Shelter.
