The Northern New Jersey network of Family Success Center's CAPA event was held at West Milford High School on Monday, April 10. The event's theme was "Forging Partnership, Building Collaborations."

More than 200 professionals, parent leaders and community members attended the event. New Jersey's Department of Children and Families Commissioner Dr. Allison Blake, along with many other community leaders, attended the event.

Dennis C. Miller, a leadership coach, speaker and author, delivered a keynote presentation focused on encouraging conference attendees to engage and spend time together working toward a stronger community.

The West Milford High School jazz trio delighted the crowd with the smooth sound of jazz in the background as the crowd enjoyed lunch catered by Highlander Deli.
