The West Milford High School Student Council has shown its support to The Friends of West Milford Township Library with a donation of $500.

West Milford Student Council serves the students of West Milford High School with school activities and funding for school projects. WMHS STUDCO is also a charitable organization that has made substantial donations to local and regional causes.

Helping the Friends in its funding of the new library was a natural fit for the student council officers Megan Hogan, Melinda MacArthur, Hana Salvacion, Colton Prentzel and Madison McIntyre and their advisor David Gerold.

“Education and libraries are mutual partners in communities," said Gerold, "and the students of West Milford will benefit greatly from this new addition to our town.”
