Commencement ceremonies will be held for the West Milford Township High School Class of 2017 on Thursday, June 22, beginning at 6:45 p.m. at McCormack Field.

Students receive four outdoor tickets and may request more. In case of inclement weather, the graduation ceremony will take place in the school gym. Students receive three indoor tickets for the gym, one ticket for the cafeteria and two tickets for the Macopin Auditorium (due to high school auditorium renovation) where guests may view the graduation ceremony in real time on a large screen.

The valedictorian for the Class of 2017 is Cristina Pellegrino. The salutatorian is Kelsey Harrison.

Tickets for the graduation ceremony will be distributed to the graduating students on the morning of June 22, during their graduation practice.

Following the graduation ceremony, graduates who are choosing to attend Project Graduation are asked not to leave school grounds. There will be a reception for students and their parents on the field immediately following commencement ceremonies. After the reception, at approximately 10 p.m., students will board buses bound for Drew University for Project Graduation. Students will remain at the university until 5 a.m. June 23, and will arrive back at West Milford High School at approximately 6 a.m.
