WEST MILFORD — The West Milford Township Library and Community Center is hosting some informative programs on some upcoming Wednesdays.

Making a Good Impressionism

How do you paint a passing perception? On Wednesday, July 19, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Dr. Michael Norris of Armchair Art Tours and former museum educator at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, highlights French Impressionist painters with a look at the art of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Princeton University Art Museum, and the Zimmerli Art Museum at Rutgers University.

Take steps toward a healthy lifestyle with Registered Dietitian Nick Vessichelli from ShopRite of West Milford on Wednesday, July 26, from 3 to 4 p.m.

He will separate nutrition facts from nutrition myths, show the importance of eating balanced meals, and give tips for staying healthy every day.
