Students and staff at Upper Greenwood Lake School Wednesday paid tribute to veterans with a breakfast and ceremony.

Food for the Veterans Day fest was donated by local delis and stores.

The West Milford High School Bagpipers led the veterans into the auditorium where they were greeted and serenaded by the youngsters.

Each veteran was then called to the center of the floor to be united with family members.

"It was the ultimate thank you to veterans and their families today," said Principal Dr. Gregory Matlosz.
