— Are you ready to make a difference? Would you like to be more involved at the local level? The West Milford Democratic County Committee is seeking two Township Council candidates for the June primary and Democratic line on the November 2018 ballot.

West Milford Democrats are motivated by the growing momentum this year toward respectful, truthful and insightful leadership, particularly with the upcoming 2018 midterm elections and inaugural year for our new Democratic Governor Phil Murphy.

The Democrats support this mission and the ticket, in every way possible, and as always, invite volunteer campaign workers to participate.

Additionally, the West Milford Democratic Club meets at 7 p.m. the fourth Wednesday of each month at The Vreeland Store on Macopin Road.

Their mission is to bring together people with progressive values to work for the good of the community, participate in the political process, and engage in good government fostering an inclusive democracy where everyone thrives.

The deadline this year for letters of interest from those pursuing this important role is Friday, Feb. 16. Registered Democrats learn more and reach out via Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/pg/WestMilfordDemocraticClub), by mail at P.O. Box 456, West Milford, New Jersey 07480 or email westmilforddemocrats@gmail.com.
