There are lots of events that happen at this time of year. There are graduations, bridal showers, weddings and baby showers.

At the West Milford Animal Shelter, there have been a lot of “baby showers.”

It is the beginning of kitten season and there are almost two dozens kittens who will be available for adoption in the next two to six weeks.

Kittens are usually adopted quickly once they become available. If you think you may be interested in adopting a kitten, stop by the shelter and fill out a preadoption form. The shelter is located on Lycosky Drivr, behind recycling.

For information, call 973-728-2859, or visit Facebook/the real cats at WMASS or the West Milford Animal Shelter.
