Businesses asked to sponsor Oktoberfest

The Highlands Economic Development and Tourism group, also called H.E.A.T., is inviting business owners to get involved in the upcoming Oktoberfest.

The festival will celebrate all things German, including beer, and is scheduled for Oct. 13.

Organizers are asking for businesses to become sponsors of the event. The more sponsors, the more affordable the event, they say.

Oktoberfest will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. and if there is rain, the event will be held on Sunday, Oct. 14.1-5pm.

There will be a traditional beer garden, an authentic and original German band will be performing in character and German specialty food will be available.

Reach out to if you are interested in being a sponsor.

All donations nonrefundable.
