The Township of West Milford and the West Milford Elks held ceremonies Tuesday, Sept. 11 to remember those who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks. It was 17 years ago that terrorists attacked New York City, Pennsylvania and Virginia, when they flew four, hijacked commercial jetliners into the World Trade Center's twin towers, the Pentagon, and crashed into a field in Pennsylvania.
