Richard C. Utter passed away on Thursday, May 16.
Richard was born in Paterson, New Jersey, on April 28, 1941 to parents William and Ida Utter, now deceased.
He was also predeceased by a brother William R. Utter and a sister, Patricia Montanye, both of West Milford.
Richard is survived by his beloved wife, Irene Kimble Utter, formerly of West Milford, now residing in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Two daughters, Robin Utter Harby and her husband, Timothy Harby, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Betty Utter Kearns and her Fiancé, John Wenzel, of Stockholm; grandchildren, Melissa Harby, Steven Carey, Tiffany Harby, and Jessica Carey; brother David Utter and sister, Carolyn Utter Martin.
