WEST MILFORD — The West Milford Girls Softball Association will be holding two in-person registration dates for the Recreational League’s “Senior Division,” which is open to all girls in high school, grades 9-12.
The in-person registration dates are Saturday, March 25, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Wednesday, March 29, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Hillcrest Community Center on Macopin Road. The $100 registration fee per player is payable by cash or check made out to WMGSA at time of registration.
Those who are unable to make it to the in-person registrations, or would like to pay by credit card, can utilize the WMGSA’s new online registration available 24/7 on their website at http://www.leaguelineup.com/welcome.asp?url=westmilfordsoftballandsid=437374070.
All Senior Division player registrations should be submitted no later than March 31.
A date for tryouts for all new Senior Division players only will be scheduled for a date in early April. The date will be determined pending weather, field conditions, and the official release of fields by the township for use. The date will be posted on the WMGSA website and Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/wmgsa1/) and players will also be notified via email.
Team drafts will be held shortly after tryouts so that teams can be finalized and practices may begin as soon as possible in April.
Opening Day for the WMGSA is April 22.
