ANDOVER Every year, young boys and girls wonder how Santa knows who has been naughty and who has been nice. Author Carol Aebersold has given an answer to this timeless question in her book “The Elf on the Shelf: A Christmas Tradition.” On Nov. 30 from 10 a.m. to noon Carol Aebersold will be at Frogmore Country Elegance signing copies of her book. With purchase of the book children can register their elf online and receive a special response from Santa. There will also be a special story time for all children at 11 a.m. with a surprise guest reader. Coffee and breakfast treats will be served throughout the event.
