Ruby Rose Restaurant is a true family affair. Allan Bendfeldt and his son, Matt, who manages the eatery, offer a wide variety of Latin foods, including: empanadas, enchiladas, fajitas, burritos, tacos, quesadillas and chimichangas. The Union Valley Road dining destination also serves sandwiches and burgers. It was our clue last week.
