West Milford Hardware under new ownership

New owner Randy Blauvelt has been hard at work since he bought West Milford Hardware at the beginning of June.

Formerly an employee for the N.J. road department, Blauvelt came out of retirement to buy the hardware store, excited for the opportunity to start something new. He had been pondering purchasing the store before the pandemic hit, and officially made the decision to buy the shop in May.

For now, his main focus is on upping the inventory and bringing in a full range of quality products for customers. In the age of Covid-19, this is no small task due to order limitations and delays.

A Bergen County native, Blauvelt is most excited to get to know the West Milford community and help out his new customers with all of their hardware needs.
