Dr. and Mrs. Eric Louer of West Millford are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Dr. Ryan Louer, to Ann Elise VanBibber Pennington, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Deran Pennington of Charlotte, North Carolina.
The groom-elect graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and will begin his combined residency in pediatrics and anesthesia at Boston Children’s Hospital in June.
He met his fiancée in Indianapolis where she is completing her Master’s in Physician Assistant studies.
She will graduate in August and join Ryan in Boston where they will begin their lives together.
The happy couple will be married in Charlotte in January of 2020.
