Edward Skerchock of Woodcliff Lake, N.J., and formerly of West Milford, N.J., passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2020. He was 83 years old.
He was born on April 7, 1937, in Nesquehoning, Pa., the son of Michael and Anna (Smetana) Skerchock.
Edward was a Senior Mechanic for the Passaic County Road Department in Paterson, N.J.
He is predeceased by his loving wife Margaret (2018).
Survivors include brother-in-law Joseph Buzansky of Old Tappan; nephew John Buzansky and his wife Tonie of Jamison, Pa.; niece Kathryn Stankus and her husband Jim of River Vale, N.J., and three grand-nieces Sarah, Christa and Emma; and grand-nephew Josiah.
Private arrangements have been entrusted to Richards Funeral Home in Riverdale, N.J.
