Roderick Randall David Milligan Jr. of Oak Ridge died on Monday, Oct. 5, 2020. He was 26 years old.
Born in Newton, N.J., he was the son of Roderick Milligan Sr. and Virginia Bensley.
Roderick was employed as a grounds man and recently promoted to a Crew Leader for North Jersey Tree Specialist of Wayne, N.J.
Surviving are a son, Roderick Milligan III, three brothers, Coty DeFreese, Drue Milligan and Louis Milligan, two sisters, Olyvia Milligan and Rachel Milligan, his paternal grandmother Mary Ann Milligan and Stepmother Darlene Milligan.
All arrangements were entrusted to Richards Funeral Home, West Milford.
