Club makes Teddy Bears to comfort children during emergencies
West Milford. The West Milford Woman's Club and the Girls on the Run Club came together to make stuffed animals for children during emergencies.

The West Milford Woman's Club recently competed its "Teddy Bear Campaign."
This project included multiple workshops to cut, stuff, sew, and present, 35 teddy bears to the local police and ambulance corps of West Milford.
The police and ambulance members will use these to ease the anxiety of any small child of West Milford in need of comfort during an emergency, according to the organization.
The woman's club was helped with the creating of these teddy bears by a local chapter of the national organization "Girls On the Run" club.
