Joseph Apfelbaum of Hewitt graduated Navy Boot Camp in April. And on July 10, he graduated Navy Seabee A School in Gulf Port, Mississippi. The sailor, the son of Cindy and Scott Apfelbaum, graduated West Milford High School in 2019.
