Dr. Ryan Louer of Hewitt has completed his Harvard residency in anesthesiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. While Ryan worked for many years with his father as a veterinary technician at Greenwood Lake Animal Hospital, he plans to treat people. He; his wife, Ann Elise; their daughter, Annie; and their French Bulldog, Charlie, are moving to North Carolina.

Kalleen Ozanic of Hewitt graduated with a master’s degree in journalism and Reema Kumrah of Ringwood graduated with a bachelor’s degree in health science/physical therapy from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn.

Alexandra Pallozzi of Oak Ridge graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va.

Aidan McDaniel of West Milford graduated from Hood College in Frederick, Md., in June with a bachelor’s degree in elementary/special education. He and Ben Lucarello, also of West Milford, were named to the spring dean’s list at Hood College. A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 was required.

Matthew Hunter Palus of Oak Ridge was named to second honors on the spring dean’s list at Clark University in Worcester, Mass. A GPA of 3.8 or above was required for first honors and a GPA between 3.50 and 3.79 for second honors.

Sophie Quail of Oak Ridge was named to the spring dean’s list at Rochester (N.Y.) Institute of Technology. A minimum GPA of 3.4 was required. She is in the biotechnology and molecular bioscience program.

Jess Pettit of Oak Ridge was named to the spring dean’s list at the University of Rhode Island in Kingston. A minimum GPA of 3.3 was required.

Ethan Dispoto of Ringwood and Jenna and Lindsay Pych of West Milford were named to the spring dean’s list at the University of New England in Portland and Biddeford, Maine. A GPA of 3.3 or better was required.

Leah Hannon of Oak Ridge was named to the spring dean’s list at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. A GPA of 3.4 or higher was needed.
