West Milford. The P.B.A. held its first “Trunk or Treat” at the PAL building Oct. 30. Police officers were joined by departments in the township offering candy to attendees. Mayor Michele Dale said that the event was very successful and may be moved to a different location next year due to the large number of those coming.
