Periods A and E in some areas, particularly in central and southern Jersey, sell out in the first or second lottery. Applicants should study the Permit Quota Table to determine application strategy for the best chance at getting the Period/Area wanted. Applications can be reviewed and edited online after submission and before the Feb. 22 deadline.
