Stanhope The Stanhope Recreation Department is sponsoring a spring dance program featuring general line and social ballroom dancing classes, to be held at the Valley Road School, in Stanhope. The two classes will be held on Wednesday nights for six weeks, from May 9 until June 13. The line dancing classes will be given from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. and will cost $30 per person. At 7:30 will be social ballroom dancing instruction, including swing, Latin and other social dances, as time permits. These lessons will cost $50 per person. The purpose of these lessons is to teach the student enough to comfortably get up on the floor to dance, get exercise in a fun way, make new friends and have an enjoyable evening. The instructor will be Ronnie Landolfi, who has taught dance for 8 years. She also teaches dance classes at the County College of Morris, Sussex County Community College, Mt. Olive Township community education program and at the Dream Xtreme dance studio. in Franklin. In addition, she will soon be having a grand opening of her own dance studio in Hopatcong. Enrollment in the classes is limited and will be on a first come, first served basis.
