William Newman, from Hampton Township, has received his B.A. in history from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. A Kittatinny Regional High School graduate, Newman is the son of Maureen and Matthew Newman. He is employed as a financial advisor trainee at Morgan Stanley.
