Essex County College nursing program Stanhope resident Angela Harper-Cherubin was one of Essex County College’s 930 graduates in the Class of 2007, who were conferred degrees on June 3 in Newark. Harper-Cherubin earned a certificate in the college’s licensed practical nurse program.
