Hardyston township The Hardyston Township Seniors threw a party at the Littell Community Center to celebrate the 100th birthday of member Marion Beierle. A majority of members were present, in addition to Hardyston Towship Manager Maianne Smith; Director of Senior Services Marylou Schnurr; Freeholder Glen Vetrano; and Sheriff Robert Untig. All presented her with a plaque or certificate in recognition of her 100 years. Beierle still remains very active. When asked to what she owes her longevity, she replied, “Oatmeal every morning.”
