Cereal sellers

Richard Dygos’ business students worked collaboratively in small groups to design a brand-new cereal and cereal box for business class. Each group then had to present its creation to the class as well as perform a commercial. The project teams competed against each other to “sell” their cereal and cereal box invention, with marketing strategy, sales presentation and a commercial, and handed in a report answering marketing questions. This project introduced the class to marketing concepts and strategies that are used today in the corporate environment. Many groups designed very creative products, which their teacher thought could really be sold commercially.
