Pequannock Officials say a Morris County Cub Scout leader will be resigning after being charged with having child pornography. Mark Andrew Lutz was arrested as part of an investigation into a commercial Web site that has resulted in charges against more than 260 people in 44 states. The 46-year-old from Pequannock was freed on $100,000 bond by U.S. Magistrate Patty Shwartz. She barred him from having any contact with children unless their parent is present and has been told about the criminal charge. Prosecutors say Lutz has been a den leader for Pack 144 in Pompton Plains for the past five years. Defense lawyer Patrick Mullin says he is confident that Lutz will be vindicated.
