Ringwood. Upcoming New Jersey Botanical Garden events

The New Jersey Botanical Garden in Ringwood has expanded its program schedule as the COVID pandemic allows. Several tours and walks are on tap for September.

The New Jersey Botanical Garden is open daily, and admission is free. Parking is $5 through Labor Day, then is free for the remainder of the year. Guided garden tours are offered every Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. Participants are asked to meet at the Carriage House.

Specific events are as follows.

Sept. 11 at 1 p.m. Fall Wildflower Walk. Free

Sept. 12 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Skylands Manor Tours. $7/adults; $5/seniors and students ages 13-18; $3/ages 6-12; free/children under 6.

Sept. 19 at 10 a.m. Forest Therapy. Suitable for adults. $5/members; $10/non-members.

Sept. 19 at 1 p.m. Family Woodland Hike. Free.

Sept. 26 at 10 a.m. Autumn Nature Walk. Free.

Oct. 2 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Harvest Fest. Free.
