West Milford Parks & Recreation’s Office of Older Adult Services and C.A.S.A. are sponsoring Friends on Friday, a monthly program held at the Westbrook Park Teen Center Coffee House. The focus of the program is to provide free monthly themed events for active seniors. All events take place on the third Friday of the month at Westbrook Park from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will include snacks, physical and/or social activities and lunch.
