Nov. 4 MVA Macopin Road #1 Anthony Delorenzo, Wayne, Age 35 #2 Candice Earl, West Milford, Age 51 Officer was dispatched to the above location for an overturned motor vehicle. Upon arrival Officer observed V2 overturned. D2 stated that she was traveling northbound on Macopin Road when she was struck in the passenger side by V1. V1 stated that he was attempting to make a left turn from Maple Road onto Macopin Road; driver 1 stated that he did not see V2. V1 hit V2 in the right rear quarter causing V2 to spin and overturn. D2 taken to Chilton Hospital. D1 issued summons for failure to yield right of way. P.O. Lewis Rose Nov. 10 Criminal Mischief Macopin Road On the above date two vehicles, mailbox, and white picket fence was damaged. Juveniles, both ages 15, were found to have spray-painted them. They then threw spray paint can at window of residence, damaging window. Juveniles were located and charged with criminal mischief. P.O. Stephen Braikovich Nov. 25 DWI Greenwood Lake Turnpike Jimi Zuk, Hewitt, Age 52 On the above date at 2234 hours, while on patrol, a 9-1-1 caller reported an intoxicated driver. Officer Yarnall observed the vehicle being driven in an erratic manner. Based on his observations, officer performed a motor vehicle stop on Greenwood Lake Turnpike. The driver (identified above) was found to be DWI. He was arrested and transported to headquarters. Driver was charged with DWI, Failure to maintain a lane and open container in a motor vehicle. P.O. Gary Yarnall Nov. 20 MVA Union Valley Road Helen Ullmann, West Milford, Age 92 D1 stated that she was pulling up to the building when she hit the gas and struck the front of the Q&S store causing damage to the front of the building. The vehicle had damage to the front hood and bumper. WMFAS#49 checked the driver and released her with no injuries. P.O. Gregory Post Nov. 22 MVA - Possession of CDS Union Valley Road #1 Kim Liston, West Milford (parked vehicle) #2 Devin Brown, West Milford, Age 22 V1 was parked in a driveway on Union Valley Road. The accident investigation revealed that V2 turned from northbound Union Valley Road onto Bushwick Lane. V2 overshot the roadway and drove across the lawn and landscaping and struck V1. Tire marks indicated that V2 backed up and fled west down Bushwick Lane leaving fishtailing tire marks down a good portion of Bushwick Lane. V2 was located in the driveway of Bushwick Lane and the operator (Devin Brown) was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated, distribution of marijuana, possession of marijuana, use or possession with intent to use marijuana, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident, and operating a MV in possession of CDS.
