To the editor: There seems to be some confusion and misinformation regarding mayoral candidate Bettina Bieri’s voting record while on the Planning Board. A review of all of the applications during her tenure indicates that when Ms. Bieri did attend Planning Board meetings (she missed approximately 30% of the meetings while on the board) as a matter of record she did in fact vote in favor of every time extension presented to her. This includes developer’s applications. This information is readily available as part of the open public records and can be easily verified. A voting record is set in stone and cannot be adjusted for political or any other purposes. Michael Tfank Chairman West Milford Planning Board
