At this time of year when we think about our gratitude for so many blessings, including our families, friends and those who have touched our lives, our thoughts at the West Milford Presbyterian Church Community Pantry also turn to the businesses and organizations in town that provide support for the folks who use the pantry all through the year.
Cosmo’s Fresh Market certainly fits that description.
Before Thanksgiving, they let us run a food drive in their store which turned out to be immensely successful.
They provided us with a table and chairs for our comfort, free lunch and bags to put the public’s donations into.
They even helped us bag and often came by our location to ask us how we were doing.
Cosmo’s also matched every purchase made by a customer with an equal donation from the store.
This family-owned business certainly exemplifies what it means to be a caring partner in our community and we are truly grateful.
