WARWICK, N.Y. - Fran Kasturas, Hamburg resident and owner of Spectrum Art Studio, is now holding an exhibition of her watercolor paintings entitled “The Collection,” with ten percent of art sale profits being donated to one Mississipi family who lost everything after Hurricane Katrina.
