Sparta Arttekk Gallery is pleased to present the paintings of Robert Alan Waltsak in a one man show entitled Visual Arias: Themes and Variations on the New Jersey Landscape in two Sparta, N.J. locations: Arttekk in residence at Buttonwood Estate and Noble Community Bank. Exhibition Hours at Buttonwood Estate, 305 Green Road, are Sunday, 1-4 p.m. and Wednesday 2-4 p.m., or by appointment. Hours at Noble Community Bank, 351 Sparta Ave., are Monday through Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. The exhibition runs from Sept. 24 through Oct. 29. Over 50 oil paintings by noted New Jersey artist and native son, Robert Alan Waltsak, will be featured in exhibition and sale to benefit the New Jersey State Opera. Robert Alan Waltsak studied at the Newark School of Fine Arts, The School of Visual Arts in New York and at the Ridgewood Art Institute in New Jersey. Waltsak is a companion painter with Robert Gruppe and John Philip Osborne.
