Newton The Native Nations Dance Theater of Philadelphia will give two performances at Sussex County Community College, at 10:50 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 5 and at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 6. Native Nations is the only indigenous dance company in Pennsylvania, serving both the general public and indigenous communities. The company was developed for the purpose of educating children and adults about the existence of Native American artists in their community. The performance will explain the rich history of Native Americans across Indian country and demonstrate the various dances associated with native tribes and people. Admission is $3 for either show.
