SUSSEX COUNTY-The Illustrious Theatre Company's production of David Lindsay-Abaire's comedy, "Fuddy Meers," continues at the Warwick Valley Winery, Feb. 18-20 and 25-27, 8 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays, and 7:30 p.m., Sundays. Cabaret-style seating begins an hour before curtain. Lindsay-Abaire was featured in this Sunday's New York Times Magazine for his crossover into the world of musicals, where he will write for "Betty Boop" and "Shrek," major musicals headed for Broadway. He is considered one of theatre's hottest new playwrights, best known for "Fuddy Meers," which was originally produced off-Broadway by the Manhattan Theatre Club in 1999 when it received both critical acclaim and a Drama Desk award. New York Magazine's review said "Fuddy Meers" was "wicked fun . . . the evening explodes with laughter." The New York Times described "Fuddy Meers" as "a dark, sweet and thoroughly engaging comedy." Tickets are available at the winery, The Bookstore, 20 Main St. in Warwick, or by phone (845) 258-4858. Tickets are $17 and $14 for seniors and children 12 and under. For information, call 764-4936.
