HAMBURG-On Saturday, Aug. 20, Nine Mile Skid will offer live Grateful Dead rock ‘n roll as a benefit for the Gingerbread Castle Restoration Fund. The show will take place at Frank's Castle Grille in Hamburg, across the street from the castle, in the Grand Room that has a stage, dance floor, and plenty of table seating. The band will play two sets, including music by Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane, and more. Just like a Dead show, the audience will never know what songs will be next. The doors will open at 8 p.m., for adults 21 and over, with identification, and an $8 cover charge. Call 973-827-2303 or log onto www.frankscastlegrille.com for more information about the benefit.
