Warwick, N.Y. The Illustrious Theatre Company, in residence at the Warwick Valley Winery, will be holding auditions for its upcoming production of “An Inspector Calls”, by J. B. Priestley. Production dates are April 27-29 and May 4-6. This cliffhanger is a powerful mystery with a moral twist set, in pre-World War I Britain. The cast consists of four men and three women: The Inspector (30 to 60), Mr. & Mrs. Birling (40 to early 60’s), their daughter (early 20’s), their son (early 20’s), the daughter’s fiancé (20’s to early 30’s) and the maid (20’s to 50’s). Auditions will consist of readings from the script. A British accent is encouraged for the auditions, but not required. Auditions will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, March 12 at the Senior Center at the Warwick Town Hall, 132 Kings Highway in Warwick.
