WEST MILFORD Sustainable West Milford presents an evening with Barbara Laino of Midsummer Farm, a certified organic farmer in Warwick, N.Y., who will teach an organic gardening class at the Hillcrest Community Center on Wednesday, April 11, from 7 to 8 p.m. in Room 10.
Come learn what grows best in our gardens and what companion plants can help reduce maintenance as well as maximize your yield. Laino will also provide vital tips on soil preparation and other key elements of good organic gardening such as managing pests naturally.
