HAMBURG-Nine Mile Skid returns to Frank's Castle Grille in Hamburg, on June 25, performing two sets of Grateful Dead music to benefit the Gingerbread Castle Restoration Fund. The Gingerbread Castle, the only structure of its kind in the United States, was constructed in 1930 by F. H. Bennett in conjunction with famous set designer and artist Joe Urban. Donations to the fund can be made through Nine Mile Skid, combining strong musicianship with solid vocal harmonies, and a love of the Grateful Dead, are propelled by their own energy and the enthusiasm of fans.
