PASSAIC — The Passaic County Fair will be at Garret Mountain Reservation on Aug. 16 and 17 from 6 to 11 p.m. and Aug. 18 and 19 from 3 to 11 p.m.
Festivities will include carnival rides, an array of food vendors, a 4-H tent, a beer garden, a chess tournament, pony rides and petting zoos, many other activities for families and children, and fireworks on Friday and Saturday.
Thursday will be Family Night, when a $20 wristband allows unlimited access to all rides and a 7 p.m. basketball exhibition between The Harlem Wizards and Passaic County police officers and firefighters, and Passaic County Technical Institute athletes.
